The Ford Benefits brand represents Ford’s commitment to their customers – the peace of mind knowing your Ford is being maintained the way it should be, by technicians that know Fords better than anyone else.
Ideation was tasked to create a series of commercials for use on TV, social and online to create awareness, preference and demand for the Ford Benefits brand proposition. The objective being to highlight benefits, drive demand and foster loyalty for the Ford Service offering.
Along with factory-trained technicians, specialised diagnostic equipment and genuine Ford parts, qualifying Ford Service customers can enjoy a range of preferential benefits such as the use of a late-model loan vehicle during service, a comprehensive digital vehicle report card and roadside assistance.

Along with the videos, Ideation commissioned a gallery of feature photography for web and print, and designed a suite of dealership support collateral.
